you don’t have your ask box on but the stair-master cranked up to some crazy resistance does indeed bulk you up in a sense. it’ll build amazing leg muscle, of course it can be long lean muscle. not neccesarily huge bulky leg muscle. :)
hi, i've been doing those over-head side bend exercises to help get rid of my love handles and my sides(love handles), ribs, back, waist all those in the general core area have been really sore, I do 2 sets of 50 on each side to work them, does that mean it is working? or just turning it into muscle? my friend told me that i look slimmer and she doesnt even know ive been working out, so i think it is working a little
well by doing these exercises you are building muscle - it’s toning your sides so yes you are turning it to muscle. but it’s not going to make you bulky, it’s long lean muscle so in reality yes, it should be working but you might want to do more sets with less reps if you’re too sore!
